Introduction
In private practice since 1999.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists which means I have been trained to a nationally recognised standard and must adhere to a code of practice to protect my clients’ interests.
I trained in London qualifying with distinction in 1999 and have been working since in private practice. I have previously worked for a cancer charity: The Mulberry Centre, in West Middlesex Hospital, helping people living with cancer and their carers through reflexology treatments.
I have also worked giving treatments in a salon and a therapy centre. I have enjoyed giving short sessions to the public for charitable causes and am available to book for charity days or pamper days. I am used to working with people with dementia and those needing palliative care. I have experience helping people come to terms with past trauma and emotional challenges.
West Sussex Reflexology has dedicated treatment rooms in Storrington and Arundel which offer privacy in a quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment.
I am also trained in Reiki, Self Hypnosis and Counselling. These have given me a greater understanding of helping people with stress, depression and anxiety. I do not charge for separate Reiki sessions, however, with a client’s permission, and when it is advantageous, Reiki can form a part of my treatments.

What to expect
An hour that is really an hour.
The initial session will take about an hour and twenty minutes to allow time for me to hear about your wishes and to take notes about your medical history and current issues so that I can tailor treatments to fit your needs and still fit in a full hour’s treatment. Subsequent sessions will be about one hour.

About one hour. Most people feel a difference after the first session; after two or three treatments it is easier to tell how the rate of change to your condition is likely to progress.

I come to you
If a client is unable to come to my address I can travel to them with a small additional charge towards my extra time and fuel costs. I am able to, with a hospital staff’s permission, treat your loved ones in hospital or a care home and am quite used to this environment.

Today every booking is a phone call or an email that Victoria answers by hand. On the finished site this section would show her live diary, so someone reading at eleven at night could choose a time in Storrington or Arundel and have it held.
